Stretch + Restore

Stretch & Restore is a perfect way stop, slow down, and give your body the sweet release its craving. We combine active stretches with classic restorative yoga postures to work through tense or tight areas. Paired with a good amount of meditative guidance, relaxing music, and candlelight this class can be described as total bliss.

** This class is entirely floor based, and moves at a slow place. Beginner friendly! **

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is designed to make you feel good. We will slow down in body and breath as we mindfully flow through foundational yoga poses to not only increase flexibility and strength of your body, but also your mind and your heart. You will leave this class feeling both energized, and rested.

Vinyasa

In Sanskrit, vinyasa means, “to place in a special way” and that’s what we will do here. This class picks up the pace, builds heat, and challenges your body in new & exciting shapes. We will sync movement with breath to keep you in the present moment, and allow space for you to explore your body’s natural intelligence. You will leave this class sweaty, and refreshed.

Happy Hips

A lost of us spend the majority of our day sitting down. This can cause the hip flexors and rotators to become tight which can effect our ability to walk, maintain proper posture, and become detrimental to the stability of our spines. Your whole body will thank you after this deep, Stretch + Restore style class focused on strengthening and opening the hips. With lots of room for modifications, Happy Hips is available to every body!

Yogalates

This class combines the benefits of both yoga and mat pilates. Fire up your core, build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stiffness. We will use small pilates balls, sliders, straps, and blocks to aid and assist the practice.

** Intermediate **

Freestyle Vinyasa

This vinyasa is a creative, fun and dynamic practice that integrates breath, movement, strength and balance to challenge the cardiovascular system. Introduce yourself to some advanced postures, arm balances and inversions to take your practice to the next level.

Soulful Sunday Flow

Join us on Sunday mornings for a total renewal of body and mind. This slow restorative flow will allow you the time and space to move intuitively, to breathe into every shape, relax, restore, and recover.

This extra deluxe class will create space for you to relax, nourish and take care of your body. Moving at a slower pace will allow you to find what feels good!

Yin

Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that targets tendons, ligaments & fascia within the body. The benefits of a Yin practice are to increase or maintain mobility in your joints, increase your mental focus & improve the flow of energy in your body. Expect long holds in deep, supported postures.

Core Stability & Ease

The focus of this class is to lay down new neural pathways of deep core stability while easing tension in the back, neck, and front body. This gentle movement practice releases pain and tension that is living in all of our bodies. Let's be free of it and move to live embodied lives.

GO Flow

GoYoga's Signature Sequence is back! This slow and steady class will encourage you to build internal heat while tracking your progression from week to week. Practice GO Flow when at home or take it with you out of town. You'll love it!

GO Baby Series

Are you a new parent wanting to enjoy yoga but can’t find the time? This one hour class is a Gentle Flow designed for you to enjoy without the worry of leaving your little one at home. Bring your baby and get back to yoga!

Once a month we come out and celebrate the full moon with this cooling, soothing, slow moving yoga flow. This candlelit practice is infused with meditation, intention, and breath to reinvigorate your body, mind, & heart.
