Stretch + Restore
Stretch & Restore is a perfect way stop, slow down, and give your body the sweet release its craving. We combine active stretches with classic restorative yoga postures to work through tense or tight areas. Paired with a good amount of meditative guidance, relaxing music, and candlelight this class can be described as total bliss.
** This class is entirely floor based, and moves at a slow place. Beginner friendly! **
Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is designed to make you feel good. We will slow down in body and breath as we mindfully flow through foundational yoga poses to not only increase flexibility and strength of your body, but also your mind and your heart. You will leave this class feeling both energized, and rested.

Vinyasa
In Sanskrit, vinyasa means, “to place in a special way” and that’s what we will do here. This class picks up the pace, builds heat, and challenges your body in new & exciting shapes. We will sync movement with breath to keep you in the present moment, and allow space for you to explore your body’s natural intelligence. You will leave this class sweaty, and refreshed.

Sound Bath Meditation
Relax and close your eyes. Settle into your body for a relaxation session listening to crystal sound bowls along with other instruments accompanied by a meditation

Ladder Flow
This class simply means that we build up the sequence by repeating and adding poses each time you move through.

Inside Flow
In Inside Flow, you’re singing a song with your body & mind. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Flow. The sequencing is designed to learn a choreography of asanas that fits to this song.
Inside Flow classes always focus on music. At the center of each class is one specific song

Soulful Flow
Join us on Sunday mornings for a total renewal of body and mind. This slow restorative flow will allow you the time and space to move intuitively, to breathe into every shape, relax, restore, and recover.

Power Yoga
The focus of this class is to lay down new neural pathways of deep core stability while easing tension in the back, neck, and front body. This gentle movement practice releases pain and tension that is living in all of our bodies. Let's be free of it and move to live embodied lives.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that targets tendons, ligaments & fascia within the body. The benefits of a Yin practice are to increase or maintain mobility in your joints, increase your mental focus & improve the flow of energy in your body. Expect long holds in deep, supported postures.

GO Pilates
Get ready for a full body practice! This class focuses on traditional pilates movements with a bit of spice! You’ll work through 3 ab exercises, 3 arm exercises and 3 leg exercises and repeat it 4 times. Starting with a dynamic warm up and mindful cooldown, leave class feeling energized!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a high intensity workout that focuses on improving your cardio, strength and endurance all through a series of fun circuit exercises. Come prepared to sweat and enjoy good music with a community of people!
** Intermediate **
Core Blast
Fire up your core in this quick energizing yoga class designed to build strength and stability from the inside out. Through a series of targeted poses, you will engage your abdominal muscles, lower back, and obliques to create a strong, stable foundation. This class is perfect for a mid-day reset or as a powerful supplement to your regular practice. All levels welcome!

Breathwork
Use the breath as the gateway to deeper awareness and vitality. Through guided pranayama techniques, you'll calm mental fluctuations, balance your nervous system, and awaken your inner radiance. You’ll explore traditional breathing practices that purify the energy channels and create the perfect foundation for meditation—each breath becoming a bridge between your physical body and subtle awareness, dissolving stress while building resilience and clarity.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidrā is said to be the sleep of the yogis and is a form of guided meditation based on ancient techniques. In a yoga nidrā practice, you’re guided to a deep state of conscious relaxation by moving awareness from the external world to the internal. Yoga nidrā is traditionally practiced laying down but any comfortable position will do. Once you find your preferred shape, blankets, bolsters, and other props are used to create a cozy rest nest.

Roll & Rest
In this class, you’ll use Yoga Tune Up massage balls to explore various muscle groups and experience the benefits of myofascial release. Learn specialized ball rolling techniques to massage and release high-tension areas with this simple and effective self-care practice.
These ball rolling exercises are combined with breath and very gentle movement to prepare your body to rest in an extended śavāsana.
