Our hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is designed to support your journey every step of the way. You’ll start with online self-study, allowing you to learn at your own pace, integrate the teachings slowly, and build a strong foundation before you ever pack your bags.

Then, you bring that knowledge with you to Costa Rica, where the practice truly comes alive. Surrounded by jungle, ocean air, and intentional community, your days are guided by daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork — deepening not only your understanding of yoga, but your connection to yourself.

This training goes beyond poses and sequencing. It’s an immersive experience in yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, breath, and the art of teaching. You’ll be supported, challenged, and inspired in a space that invites growth, reflection, and transformation.

Whether you feel called to teach or simply to deepen your personal practice, this journey meets you where you are — and gently guides you forward with clarity and confidence.


Meet Your Teacher Trainer -

Taylor Coupland

Taylor was first introduced to yoga as a way to overcome panic and anxiety. Although the journey was sometimes scary, she is extremely grateful as this discomfort is what led to her greatest passion – yoga. Her goal is to help others turn any feelings of uncertainty into yogic movement. 

Taylor has done numerous hours of yoga training in many different places (with over 3500+ hours of teaching experience). This led her to create both a 200HR and 300HR Yoga Teacher Training, which she runs through GoYoga Orangeville.

Taylor hopes the elements of her classes leave you peaceful, grounded, and lighthearted.

We will be staying at The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort (https://bodhitreeyogaresort.com/ )
in Nosara, Costa Rica.

Your days will be a perfect blend of structured learning and soul-nourishing relaxation. With ample one-on-one instruction, you’ll receive personalized guidance to refine your practice, explore teaching methodology, and dive deep into yoga philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing. This is not just training — it’s mentorship, tailored to you.

Delicious, nourishing meals—locally sourced and mindfully crafted—support your body and spirit throughout the journey. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet breakfast under the palms or a sunset dinner by candlelight, every meal is an opportunity to savour the flavors of Costa Rica while fueling your transformation.

And when you're not on your mat? The beach is just steps away. Swim, journal, meditate by the shore, or simply rest as you integrate what you’re learning. This is where yoga meets nature—where your practice deepens, your confidence expands, and your inner teacher awakens.

Since our time in Costa Rica will be an efficient one week, there will be pre-trip on-line training to prepare for the time we spend together in the jungle. I have designed this training to offer maximum accessibility through a combined on-line and in-person experience.

The online part of the training will be at-your-own pace, where you will be supported by regular contact with Taylor throughout. By the time we arrive in Costa Rica, you will be prepared to dig into the real heart of teaching. Content for the online training will become available once payment is received.

Regular Pricing (after March 1st) - $4200 + HST (CAD)

You can hold your spot with a deposit of $500 + HST.
