What Is GO STRETCH?
GO STRETCH is Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) — a form of assisted stretching that targets the body’s fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints—to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation. Performed by Brittney Norman, a trained practitioner, it uses gentle, pain-free, whole-body stretches combined with movement and traction to help reduce tension, enhance joint range of motion, and support overall physical performance and recovery.
